PATH OF THE HEART

This workshop gives time and space to witness what is sacred - a person's own emotions and feeling states.   Using ecstatic movement and a late night ritual, the work collapses the boundaries of the ego to free the authentic expressions of the self.   The shamanic awakening invites areas that are blocked, protected or wounded to become portals into the spirit world. The first of the two rituals emphasizes emptying out the emotional block of grief. The second ritual is about witnessing the conscious filling up of joy. In addition to teaching, Path of the Heart, Jacqueline maintains a small practice in Ojai, California.
