ITZHAK BEERY

i was drawn to shamanic practice after a series of illnesses that could not be cured by conventional medicine. Through dreams and messages from nature, I was guided to heal and to share the teachings with others.
Sessions take place in my cottage by the sea; in front of a fireplace, under a sacred tree, or at the ocean. We begin with a Brazilian cleansing ceremony using sacred herbs followed by Shamanic Reiki, a divination ritual with fire, a shamanic journey or soul retrieval.
Since the early 1990s, I have studied with Michael Harner, John Perkins, and indigenous shamans in the Amazon, Andes, the Caribbean, and Brazil. A student of Mae Beata de Iemanja in Brazil, I am an ordained curandera (spiritual healer) and a daughter of the ocean and the fire.
