Shoshana Avree has been a shamanic practitioner for over 16 years, helping people connect with the spirits to alleviate dis-ease--spiritually, emotionally and physically. Shoshana practices Soul Retrieval, Extraction, Divination, Depossession, and Spiritual Counseling for individuals and businesses. She is passionate about working with the spirits and helping others "remember" who they really are, in alignment with their Soul's purpose. Ms. Avree is available by phone for most of this work and conducts workshops on Basic Shamanism, Shamanic Animal Communication, and Advanced Shamanic Practices. My work is my passion, my heart and my life. I'm honored to be a full-time shamanic practitioner/teacher. On my birthday in 1997 (after journeying for one year under the tutelage of the Lakota Sioux), my compassionate spirits completely (and permanently) cured a severe, chronic disease I had suffered from for twelve years. After one year of working with the teachings given to me by my illness, I was called by the compassionate spirits to start working for others. My quest for a tribe led me to the FSS; I'm a proud graduate of the FSS 7th West Coast Three-Year Program. I've also studied Soul Retrieval and Medicine for the Earth with Sandra Ingerman. In 2005, I was privileged to be one of the eight shamanic practitioners working on the ground-breaking NIH study on the clinical efficacy of shamanism. Also, I am a classically trained aromatherapist (certified by Purdue University in Advanced Studies in Essential Oils). For the past decade, the compassionate spirits have taught me Sacred Blending© in which the shamanic power of aromatics are used to cure illness, and to add unique power to rituals and ceremonies.
